I pack and send items 1 x day a week (usually a Monday or Friday), and with a flat rate courier charge of $10 New Zealand wide (excluding rural). You'll receive a shipping notification email with your tracking number once sent, and it should take 2-4 days for your parcel to reach you. Unfortunately I can't send to PO Boxes.

Each of my ceramic pieces are made by hand, and variation in finish and form should be expected - no two pieces will be the same. So please choose carefully, as a small business I can't offer exchanges or refunds for change of mind. Though, do reach out if something's not quite right.
I take a lot of care when packing items to ensure they arrive safely, but if anything goes wrong and your ceramic pieces are damaged in transit please email me at hello@brockceramics.com within 48 hours of receiving. I'll need a picture of the damaged item(s) in its packaging so I can submit a damaged goods claim with the courier, and I'll do my best to rectify with the best solve for you as soon as possible.
I'd love to be sending out packages beautifully wrapped with bespoke tissue paper and tucked inside perfect boxes, but it's more important to me that I use recycled and responsible packaging. This means minimising plastics, and using boxes + packing materials which have had a previous life. Your parcel may not look pretty, but what's inside will.
If you're in the central Auckland area feel free to pick up. I don't have a store front, but I can arrange a time to meet you in Grey Lynn (where I'm based) for pick ups. Email me at hello@brockceramics.com to arrange a time, and don't forget to select 'pick up' at checkout.
All pieces are made from a stoneware clay body from locally sourced clay in Auckland, New Zealand. My tumblers are dishwasher and microwave safe (unless noted otherwise in the product description)., although I recommend hand washing for extra care. Please also take care to avoid thermal shock from rapid heating and cooling, and rinse after use to avoid staining (things like tea, coffee, tumeric and beetroot can stain if left overnight).
Custom cups are made to order, so please allow a 4 to 6 week turnaround. Ceramic making can be a slow process - everything I make is thrown on the wheel, trimmed, bisque fired, sanded, glazed, and then fired again - so please bear with me, and I'll do my best to get your order out to you as soon as I can.
